Clash Your Vacation with Medieval Times Dinner and Tournament
Dining out on vacation can quickly become routine. For an exceptional experience that is fun for the whole family, try the Medieval Times Dinner and Tournament in Orlando.
The Medieval Times Dinner and Tournament is a dinner theater show like no other. In addition to a four-course meal, guests get to experience what it was like to be a guest of the King of Spain ten centuries ago. Dinner is served in a medieval castle, and six knights participate in traditional medieval competitions and displays of skill. The show runs for about two hours.
The show includes a two-hour jousting tournament featuring six competing knights, and exhibitions of skill such as the javelin throw, ring pierce, and flag toss. The actors use real weapons and ride pure Spanish horses.

The location also has a Hall of Arms which displays medieval artifacts alongside a museum of medieval torture devices. The castle opens 75 minutes before the show starts so you have time to explore the Hall of Arms. After the show, guests can mingle with the knights in the Hall.
Each meal is served the way it would have been in the king’s hall in the 11th century, from the type of food prepared to the lack of cutlery. Vegetarian options are also available, and the castle chefs are able to accommodate a variety of allergies.
Two rounds of drinks are included with your meal, and there is a full bar available for adult patrons.
General admission at the doors for adults is $62.95, and $36.95 for children. BUT you can save $17 per adult buying tickets from Undercover Tourist here! Children under the age of three are admitted free of charge, as long as they sit with a parent and share his or her meal. General admission to Medieval Times Dinner and Tournament includes the meal and show, as well as access to the Hall of Arms and the museum.
For an even more intense experience, there are three ticket packages to choose from, each with its’ own benefits.
The King’s Royalty Package includes VIP seating, a framed group photo, a commemorative program, a cheering banner for your knight, and one copy of the Behind the Scenes DVD. This package is available for an extra $22 per person.
If you’re celebrating a birthday, for $18 per person the Celebration Package has everything you need to make the night one to remember. This package includes VIP seating, a group photo for everyone in the group, a commemorative program, a cheering banner for your knight, a piece of birthday cake for each person in the group, one copy of the DVD Behind the Scenes, and a special personalized announcement during the show.
For only $12 per person, the Royalty Package offers VIP seating, a commemorative program, a cheering banner, and a copy of the Behind the Scenes DVD.
As seating is limited, it is highly recommended to make reservations ahead of time. The arena at Medieval Times Dinner and Tournament is organized so that each section corresponds to one of the competing knights.
